Q: Does this package include the internal ceiling unit?
Yes. This package includes the Core air distribution box, also called the ADB. It is the internal ceiling component that distributes conditioned air into the living area.

Q: Will it fit my existing roof opening?
The unit supports 360 × 360 mm and 400 × 400 mm roof openings. Measure the actual roof cut-out rather than the outside dimensions of your existing ceiling panel. Your installer must also check roof thickness, roof strength, mounting requirements and surrounding clearances.

Q: Can it replace an older IBIS or another brand of air conditioner?
It may suit a replacement installation where the opening and roof construction meet its requirements. A matching cut-out size alone does not guarantee a direct swap. The rooftop footprint, internal ADB coverage, electrical connection and mounting arrangement must also be checked.
