This genuine MaxxAir replacement lifter arm is designed for the roof-vent systems of various MaxxFan models including Standard, Plus and Deluxe series. The arm connects the vent lid mechanism (manual or motorised) to the lifting gear and enables smooth opening/closing of the roof vent lid. If your vent lid isn’t lifting properly, binds or the arm is visibly bent or broken, replacing this arm can restore full lid functionality
