Roof clamps prevent wind lift, rattling, and damage while towing. Without them, the roof can flex or open under airflow pressure.

Q: How tight should I install the clamp?
Don’t over-tighten. Leave slight give so the vehicle body and roof can flex slightly during travel.

Q: Is the padlock included?
No, This is just the clamp with the J Hook only.

Q: How do I use the locking tab when locking?

1. Close the clamp fully over the J-hook.

2. Align the locking tab/hole with a slot or loop.

3. Insert the padlock shackle through the tab and secure.

4. Now the clamp cannot be rotated open until the lock is removed.
