Q: Does this kit include the lock barrel and keys?
No. The kit only contains the internal latch mechanism, spring, and fixings. The lock barrel (where the key goes) and keys must be purchased separately if needed.

Q: Can I install this without removing the service door?
In most cases you’ll need to remove the service door from the caravan to access and replace the internal mechanism properly.

Q: How do I confirm my door model (Service Door 3, 4 or 5)?
Look on the inside of your service door flap  Thetford doors usually have the model number (SD3, SD4, or SD5) moulded into the plastic.
