Q: What does this spray do?
It lubricates, protects, and restores pliability to seals (especially toilet cassette blade seals), and also serves to maintain hinges, locks, awning rails etc. It reduces friction, prevents drying-out and cracking.

Q: Is this safe to use on plastic & rubber? Will it damage anything?
Yes. This formula is developed by Thetford to be safe for both plastics and rubber. It is not a generic petroleum spray; it will not cause swelling or degradation when used as instructed.

Q: How do I apply it correctly?

1. Clean the part and make sure it’s dry.

2. Shake the can well.

3. Apply a light film — a little goes a long way. Avoid overspray.

4. Allow any excess to drip off, wipe if needed.

Q: What parts of the toilet should I spray?

• The cassette blade / lip seal (where it makes seal with seat).

• Door seals (cassette access doors etc.).

• Hinges and locks on toilet seat & lid.

Q: Can it fix leaks or odours?
It helps prevent leaks caused by brittle or dried seals, but if a seal is already badly worn or physically damaged, you’ll need to replace it. It doesn’t address internal mechanical faults or full seal failure.
